Eat more plants.
It is incredibly easy to become overwhelmed by all of the things you shouldn’t eat, but why not instead shift gears and focus on what you should eat. The one thing experts agree on is that we all need to eat more plants.
Eating more plants is just plain great for your family and it is better for the environment. I am not saying eat only plants, I will leave those decisions up to you for your family.
I believe in bio individuality, there is not only one way to eat for health. Every individual needs to listen to their body and determine what allows it to thrive. I also believe 100% at the core of everyone’s diet must be plants. There is simply no downside to increasing the amount of plants you eat and there is no denying the positive impact plants have on healing chronic issues and disease. Fill your plate with vegetables, fruit, legumes, seeds, nuts, and grains.
Our family is not 100% plant based, but the majority of what we enjoy making in our home is rooted in plants. We have found that is what works best for all of our bodies and one thing our bodies all agree on.
